Selection of the Candidates will be made according to the composite marks obtained in the qualifying examination and rank obtained in entrance exams such as JEE Main or PET Entrance Exam. Priority will be given for JEE Main Candidates.

Oriental Institute of Science and Technology offers ME/M Tech Course in 6 Specializations for two years. Candidates must be graduated with a bachelor’s degree BE/B Tech with minimum aggregate marks. The selection of the candidates will be based on the valid score acquired in GATE Entrance Exam. Non-GATE Candidates are admitted based on the percentage obtained in the qualifying examination.


15% seats are allocated for Management /NRI/Quota, 20% seats are earmarked for All India Quota, and the remaining seats are allocated for Madhya Pradesh State Quota.
